3 Day RN Delegation Agreement

By enrolling in the Certified RN Delegator Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

1. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding the Participant’s success, income, or ability to secure clients following completion of the Program.

  • The Program is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Participants should consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions.
     

2. Confidentiality & Non Disclosure

  • Participants acknowledge that they will receive proprietary information, including but not limited to business strategies, templates, contracts, and operational processes.

  • Participants agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or use this information outside the scope of their own business operations without express written consent from the Company.

  • Any unauthorized use or dissemination of Program materials may result in legal action.
     

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials, templates, and content provided during the Program remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • Participants are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their personal or business use only.
     

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are responsible for their own learning, implementation, and adherence to state regulations and professional guidelines.

  • The Company assumes no liability for how Participants apply the knowledge gained from the Program.

5.  Termination of Participation

  • The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program without a refund if they violate any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

    • Breach of confidentiality

    • Unauthorized use of materials

    • Disruptive or unethical behavior
       

6.  Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
